Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LAAGAM pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the pre-printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home collection through the link provided in your confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
